Perhaps, above all, though, is Mariana’s way of being as a facilitator in the group sessions and as a supervisor one-to-one. It can be difficult to quantify exactly how an individual’s personal qualities and values, combined with their professional knowledge and expertise, add up to something very special and unique, suffice to say that Mariana is the most important element of this course.
